Will the municipality benefit financially from a future mine?

Yes, through taxes from workers and companies. A mine often increases municipal revenues. As a company, we would also like to see the Swedish government introduce a mechanism where part of the revenue could be re-allocated back to the municipality and region where the mining is occurring. We wouldn’t mind if mechanisms are introduced to strengthen local communities as is done in other parts of the world, such as Canada.
